The website has been revamped after the old one got boring and looked daft. This one is hopefully better, so have a play around and then send me some abusive e-mail regarding anything I've missed off or suggestions or content for the website.
The two bag packs organised by Helen Robertshaw and the juniors at the back end of 2006 earned over £600 for the club to go towards the new scoreboard. A big well done to all those who took part, whether it was supervising or packing.
Winter nets begin at the Ridings on Sunday 28th January for adults (2.30pm till 3.30pm) and then Friday 2nd February for juniors (5.15pm till 6.15pm). Price per session is £2 for senior players and £1 for the juniors.
Tickets are now available for the popular and successful event at Ogden Golf Club on Saturday 10th March 2007. Contact David Lawton for details and tickets priced at £20.
Takes place Friday 2nd March at 7pm at the clubhouse. Nominations for club posts to the secretary ASAP. Attendance from members and players is an urgent necessity at this meeting.

The Aire & Wharfe Cricket Development Group has announced that three sessions will be held at Ben Rhydding Cricket Club to teach first aid. Cost is £30 per person and sessions will be held 6pm till 9.45pm on Wednesday 21st February, Wednesday 7th March and Wednesday 25th April. E-mail me for more info/to apply.

The Mixed Dinner scheduled for March has been cancelled due to insufficient support to make it worthwhile. A replacement will be decided at this Friday's AGM.
The Players' Meeting will be held at the pavillion on Friday March 23rd 2007. It will commence at 7.30pm and includes pie and peas. The bar will also be open. All players are urged to attend the meeting as it is very important.

Outdoor nets begin soon. The first senior training will be on Tuesday 10th April scheduled to start at 6.30pm although, try and turn up earlier due to the light not being that great yet.
The first outdoor junior nets and signing-on day will be Sunday April 15th from 10.30am till 12pm.
An ICC XV beat Church Fenton in a pre-season friendly at Illingworth on Sunday 15th April. The match report is in the Other Reports section.
