Background
Illingworth St Mary's Cricket Club was founded in 1884 and since then has become one of the leading club's in the Calderdale district. Based in the north region of Halifax, West Yorkshire, the club is the only Calderdale club to play in the Airedale and Wharfedale Cricket League.

Adult winter nets: TBC
Adult summer nets: Tuesdays and Thursdays at the club, 6.30pm till 8.00pm
Junior winter nets: TBC
Junior summer nets: Sundays at the club, 10.30am till 12.00pm
Facilities

Over recent years, the club has undergone numerous development projects to improve its facilities for all. During this period the club has unveiled a new pavillion extension, which included an umpires' changing room, new showers for the players' changing rooms, baby-changing facilities and also a disabled toilet as well as access for wheelchairs to the pavillion. In the seasons previous to that the new all-weather nets were built and opened and an electric scoreboard was added.

Clubmark status

The club was the 140th club in England and Wales to receive the ECB clubmark. It also holds the Sport England clubmark.
